Neha Bains

Neha Bains is a dedicated dancer and instructor whose passion for movement began when she was just three years old. She joined SHIAMAK Vancouver at seven and has been part of the family ever since. Over the years, she has trained extensively in a variety of styles, with lyrical, contemporary, and jazz holding a special place in her heart for the freedom and expression they offer.

Neha stepped into the role of dance instructor in 2023. The experience has strengthened her confidence, refined her technique, and allowed her to connect with countless inspiring students and performers.

Neha has performed in several notable SHIAMAK productions, including the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas, Drishti Awards, Times of Canada Gala, RBC Diwali Gala, and several other live showcases with the SHIAMAK Vancouver Dance Company.

Outside the studio, Neha is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in psychology, with the long-term goal of becoming a child psychologist. Beyond dance, she loves travelling, shopping, Pilates, and spending time with her loved ones. Passionate, grounded, and committed to her craft, Neha hopes to continue inspiring others through the joy of dance.
