Dalerina D'Silva

Dalerina D'Silva is a passionate dancer, performer, and instructor whose journey with SHIAMAK spans over two decades. She began her training as a student with Shiamak himself in Mumbai in 2000 and quickly developed a deep love for Shiamak's signature Indo-Jazz style. By 2002, she transitioned into teaching with the company in India and later continued her teaching journey in Vancouver starting in 2005.

Over the years, Dalerina has performed on some of the world's most prestigious stages and in international productions including International Indian Film Academy Awards across South Africa, Amsterdam, Toronto, and Tampa, as well as Times of India Film Awards in Vancouver.

Her performance portfolio also includes Filmfare Awards, WE Day celebrations, and prominent local events such as the Darpan Awards and Drishti Awards. She has had the incredible opportunity to share the stage with some of Bollywood's biggest icons, including Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Madhuri Dixit, and Priyanka Chopra.

When she's not dancing or teaching, Dalerina enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and practicing yoga. Her favourite style remains Shiamak's Indo-Jazz, which she loves sharing with students while inspiring confidence, creativity, and joy through movement.
